PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION NOTICE

This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed by TEKNOHOME DIŞ VE İÇ TİCARET PAZARLAMA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ as the data controller, to whom and for what purposes such data may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds for collecting personal data, and your rights under the KVKK.

To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in the KVKK,

To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
